Training Services

- Custom Instructor-led, sessions at customer facility
- Classroom style sessions at a CipherTrust or partner training facility
- Customized programs can also be developed to meet customers' specific training needs
Certification Program
The IronMail Certified Professional (ICP) program trains personnel to become field experts on IronMail's sophisticated security features and capabilities. To receive the certification mark, candidates must meet prerequisite requirements, attend certification training, and pass all practical and written exam components. Candidates will be awarded the CipherTrust IronMail Certified Professional certificate upon completion of the program.
Certification Program Prerequisites:
- Management of IronMail for a minimum of 90 days
- Intermediate level knowledge of network and security components of email traffic flow

Course Title: Basic IronMail Administration
Length: 2 days
Prerequisites: Current IronMail customer, Intermediate level knowledge of network and security components, a minimum of 30 days of production IronMail administration experience.
Course Description: This 2 day course provides a detailed review of IronMail configuration, explanation of how messages flow through IronMail and the Web Administrator and User Interface.
The course combines lecture and practical lab exercises. with significant time allocated for hands-on interaction with the IronMail user interface. The Basic IronMail Administration course is the perfect introductory course to prepare new customers and new employees for more advanced IronMail related courses and real world administration. It is also the first step toward gaining IronMail Certifications.

Successful completion of the Compliance Course, the IronMail Certified Administrator Course (or equivalent), and the CMC & CQS courses result in achieving the highest level of IronMail Certification - the IronMail Certified Expert.
